About Us
Indivisible Cobb grew out of a small group of Cobb County residents who, after the 2024 election, were inspired to act by the national Indivisible movement launched by Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin. What began as neighbors coming together to take action has grown into a strong, organized presence in Cobb County.
Indivisible Cobb now includes more than 4000 people who have subscribed to our newsletter or participated in an event - a powerful reflection of the engagement and commitment throughout Cobb County. While we are part of the national Indivisible Project movement, our focus and impact are firmly grounded in local action.
Start Here
If you’re new, these are great first steps.

Attend a Business Meeting
We hold two Saturday morning meetings each month at Cobb County libraries.
These meetings are how we:
-
Share updates and upcoming actions
-
Learn about issues and local politics
-
Meet other members and find ways to get involved
Attend a Lunch or Evening Social
Each month, we host a casual lunch at Marietta Square Market and an evening meetup at a local brewery or restaurant. These relaxed gatherings give us space to connect, exchange ideas, vent a little, and support one another. Whether you’re brand new or have been involved for months, you’ll feel right at home.

Attend a Newcomer Meet-Up
Watch our calendar for events created especially for newcomers and those ready to deepen their involvement. You’ll meet other members and our leadership team, learn about our work, and find meaningful ways to get plugged in.

Check out the Indivisible Cobb event calendar for dates and locations.
