​Marietta, GA - On Saturday, August 23, members of Indivisible Cobb will be gathering on Marietta Square to voice their opposition to the current U.S. foreign policies that are turning a blind eye to the genocides in Gaza, Sudan and elsewhere around the world while, simultaneously, abandoning our long-term and strategic allies such as Ukraine.

“It is obvious that the current administration’s international relations are operating under the crazy whims of one person – Donald Trump. The mass layoffs and voluntary exits of experienced career State Department professionals and the installation of inexperienced, partisan MAGA loyalists have severely crippled our foreign relations and our standing as a beacon of democracy,” said Stacey Parlotto, a leader of Indivisible Cobb. “We are ignoring the genocides taking place today in Gaza and in other conflicts across the globe. Trump is clearly siding with Putin over Ukraine, befriending the aggressor while brow beating Zelenskyy and intent on abandoning those defending democracy and their national sovereignty.”
