An Undeclared War and Surging Costs Spur More People To Act
Marietta, GA - When an unpopular president, pushing unpopular policies takes our country to war based on “his feelings” and without the support of the American people, you no longer have a republic, you have a monarchy. Donald Trump, who in just one year in office has become the least popular president since polling began, is proving to America and the world that he believes he has the power of kings.
No Kings rallies across the nation and around the globe on March 28th loudly demonstrate that millions of Americans have had enough of his royal aspirations.
“He has purged our government of tens of thousands of highly-qualified military leaders because they are not sufficiently loyal to him, stripped our Justice Department, intelligence and federal law enforcement agencies of experienced leadership out of spite, and taken a wrecking ball to the institutions that made the U.S. the world’s leading democracy. We are less safe today under Donald Trump,” said Stacey Parlotto, a leader of the Indivisible Cobb group. “Now we are fighting an undeclared war of choice, without the aid of allies, and where the justification changes by the hour. History’s most corrupt President has shown he does not care that American servicemen and women are dying and being maimed, as he lavishes contracts and favors to his rich friends and ignores the needs of our citizens. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!”
